I am in AL. Evection for the none paymennt of rent. 30 days past due.

If the tenant hasn't paid rent, in AL you can serve an unconditional quit notice immediately. The tenant must move out within the specified amount of days or you file to evict. He has no chance to pay. Serve it today.
