No, what I see here are tenants who think they have room to manipulate you at every turn. Considering the rental you have and what you describe, you should not have any trouble finding better tenants now as long as your rent price is reasonable. I would get rid of them. Personally, I wouldn't deal with PITA tenants like that, they are not worth it. A 30 day (depending on your State) written notice to vacate is your ticket.
