Your lease should say alterations are disallowed without prior written consent, and that costs to repair such damages are due and payable immediately as added rent. The LPA lease has this verbiage. This means if they don't pay, they are late on rent, and you know what that means. Also, amend your lease now or in the future to add info regarding installation of such services as OK LL has stated. That's what I have. No satellite or other service may be installed in any manner that alters my property. Dishes must be installed out in the yard on a pole.
