One day the landlord will enter without notice or permission and someone will come out of the back of the house drunk or on drugs and give the landlord a good old fashion ass whipping. Then the landlord will understand the value of giving the notice. This is the way stupid landlords learn.

yes! exactly..so then if he gets shot because of entry without warning.. or he's in my house when I arrive home.. I think I have a right to be defending myself. Landlord said quote "they can and will enter MY home, as I wish" -- I tried to discuss it via facebook messege cause we are connected that way but apparently "friends" is too broad of a term.

I've looked at laws posted on websites. At this point I feel like it doesnt matter if the law was written in black and white- they'd do what they want and I have to deal with it or face eviction. Theres no recourse or protection in place when a Landlord is in the wrong. Except to move- and not only is it a stupid reason to be forced to move- I cant . For health, finance, convenience, space, pets, etc I just cant move... This long of being good renters I wouldnt think it would be grounds for eviction, but I know they can evict even for no reason at all. Walking on eggshells now.
