Re: LPA Tenant Acceptance Letter by Ben Finney on April 26, 2011 @11:16

It is a cute idea, but...
An acceptance letter is a total waste of time. What would it accomplish for you?

When a tenant passes your screening process and has a good credit history, you or your manager's job is to get a lease signed ASAP! Sending them a letter that they have been approved to rent for you is a joke. By the time they receive your letter, they may have already rented elsewhere.

Ever heard the idiom, "Time is money"?
