Yes, once the tenant has been removed. I have to arrange for tenant to get their stuff (under the watchful eye of the Marshal) or remove it myself (while making an inventory). No way I would let their stuff stay there preventing me from cleaning/repair and re-rent.

I only went thru this once. I put it in a u-store-it. Paid the first month. Then I was done. Sent a letter to the tenant where to find their stuff. If they didn't pay for storage or get their stuff..didn't matter, I was out of the loop.
