you don't get a 'rent reduction' i fthe LL is trying to make sure scum like you doesn't trash her place

I'm not looking for any type of reduction JERK!!!!!!!!! I agreed to give her the full amount and only asked that she be willing to discuss my concerns; refused and mocked me. We are not scum and have given her no reason to think so. We are at work most of the time. She has no right to harass us, watch us or treat us like children. I have fully read the SC Landlord-Tenant act and based on that I acted. I tried reasoning with her for 3 weeks before opening a savings account to place the rent in prior to the due date as a show of good faith. So please keep your ignorance to yourself
