Our family had to use this service before and between the adjuster and this "company" it was like hell. They treated us like homeless people, and all we had was a small house fire. They stuffed us in 1 small room and there were 5 of us. Everytime I asked to speak with their manager they said they don't have one. I changed insurance companies after this experience and would not recommend them to anyone.
