yes. I use the debts reported on the credit report + the salary income on pay stub, this candidate has only around $2,000 ~ $3,000 montly cash flow.

No wonderng he would budget $1,500 for rent.

He is a underwrier and has the credit scroe 724. He knows what's going on about his financial situation while facing the divorce life event.
