You will be in a pickle if your existing tenant decides that they will stay. You will be in more of a pickle is there is excess damage that accnot be repaired before the next day at noon. You should have painters and handyman on call for a 24-hour long shift.
Next time, give a larger window between tenants - if you want good tenants.
