The following websiste is where I found that information. www.cabellenterprises.com/pdfs/Summary.pdflowing.
Not sure if it is legitimate or not and after reading from another few website I noticed it is diferent information. Says that HUD and DOJ are putting together actual written information and in doing so it is establishing new laws?

What did I missunderstand? I understand the following to mean is we as landlords can no longer require a request in writing.
The article said, "When a tenant asks for some accommodation, you can of course say please fill this out, but if the tenant doesn’t, you’re no longer allowed to do nothing."
What did I missunderstand?
If they refuse to write it down the article said we cannot dismiss it.
