What you do not understand is this. You do not have any "legal rights." You can not stay and not pay. The new owner is going to evict you. Marshals will come and set you and everything you own on the sidewalk. They will not care what kind of contract you had with the previous owner. The current owner allowed you to stay without rent until he sorted it out. He has done his sorting. Now you must pay or be set out. It is just that simple. You are on your way to the sidewalk and are not smart enough to see it coming.

U think I'm an idiot? Think again. It is very questionable about a land contract. I have talked to several lawyers. Worry yourself with something else. I can deal with it.

Well, how's that working for you? You have a land contract with a prison inmate that you stopped payment on. Someone else bought your house and is evicting. I guess you are handling that pretty well. Have you figured out why none of the several lawyers you talked to wants your case?
