U think I'm an idiot? Think again. It is very questionable about a land contract. I have talked to several lawyers. Worry yourself with something else. I can deal with it.

Well, how's that working for you? You have a land contract with a prison inmate that you stopped payment on. Someone else bought your house and is evicting. I guess you are handling that pretty well. Have you figured out why none of the several lawyers you talked to wants your case?

Ur a sorry individual. Stay out of it. There are 2 lawyers that will take the case jerk.

If they aren't taking the case on contingency, then of course they'll take it. As long they think you are going to pay them.
