If they aren't taking the case on contingency, then of course they'll take it. As long they think you are going to pay them.

Bryan, don't worry about it..i got it from here. thanks for your words of wisdom...i dont think u quite grasp what is going on..and besides the person in charge of the loan now is even reaching out to me to work things out. it was a mistake to come to this group for any suggestions. other than one nice person on here...my mistake...u are obviously doing this to make people mad..it aint working, just making me realize never again.
