OK.. different jurisdiction, different rules.
I have read on here where the sheriff costs a lot more, and often do not do the job in a timely fashion.
Did you ask the court clerk? If there are Marshals, clerk will have a list.

the court clerks have no idea what they are doing. they have no forms there, I had to go home to get additional forms for the judge to sign. Had to google the correct form. i went to the police who said only the city sheriffs do it. i am just wondering if they are ignoring me but vacated the property. just not sure how i will know unless i wait until tonight and hate to do that since i cant file with the sheriff then until next tues with mon a holiday.
I know I have well over $3000 in damages in that property from the tenants fault. I have proof it is the tenants fault in testimony they gave in their notice of cause. If I dont have to do this at least it is $250 less. Their security deposit was only $500. I have a $1000 judgmnet now in back rent but was told trying to collect is a project in itself, even with knowledge of work and so on.

They should have left yesterday if your Warrant of Removal is dated today. So I don't know why you have to wait until tonight to find out if they are still there or not.
