I advise to let sleeping dogs lay. All your LL really cares about is getting the payment in full on-time and having no problems with your tenancy.
The biggest risk you run is if the payments aren't in full and on-time and/or there are problems with your tenancy which result in civil action, then it could come back to bite you in the butt.
