No I had no atorney but I did consult one to which stated I had everything in order. I had every document I needed to have the tenant removed. I did succeed in winning both eviction hearings and did prove her lie after lie threw all my papers. I did not need an attorney. Judge told her to vacate by Jan 12. She acknowledged and said she will be. I can not afford another mortgage payment. She has not paid for three months. I do have a nonpayment judgment but she has not paid at all on it

With an attorney, you could have had her out at least 60 days ago and a judgement against her also! Having all the right paper work is just a small part of what's needed to evict someone. An attorney could have challenge her 'show cause' and prevented it. Still , why did you start advertising the rental while she was still there?
