As it looks, you and one daughter want to move out and leave the one that can not pay rent. That is just not going to work. The eviction of this daughter will be recorded forever on your credit record. As soon as the landlord figures out that you are gone and left the unauthorized tenant in your place, he will begin the eviction. When you leave, take all the furniture with you and shut off the utilities.
