I do not argue for leniency, just profitability. Far too many LL make the mistake of getting a subpar tenant because their rent is priced too high.

The cost of an eviction in MN is the highest in the nation. Approximately $740 from start to finish. Unless the tenant does not leave, then the cost go up considerably.

$320 Court
$100 Service Fee
$150 Attorney (mandatory for Corps)
$55 Writ
$125 Writ Service by Sheriff
