i'd like them all to leave,whats the best course of action?
i've already given them 30 day notice to vacate jan 20 ,but i am expecting them to holdover. because our agreement runs from the 15th i don't believe they have to be out before march 15th but i am not sure what new york law is
do i do a three day notice correct or quit(numerous problems)to begin eviction now?
