Happening a lot where we live at the moment. People "forced" into being LLs because of the market. Seen offers way below rental market value, utilities included, pool maintenance, etc., just to get a tenant in their place.

Offered advice to a lady the other day who was looking for a "roomie". Was all caught up about criminal background check but knew nothing about financial background check and didn't seem to care. She'll learn.
