Yes, that put you back to step one. Next month you can post another 3 day quit or pay..and begin again.

Meanwhile, send them a letter detailing all the money they owe:
February rent
March rent $$$$$
late fee for January $$$$
late fee for February
legal fees to file with court $$$$

this is the total owed on March 1.

On March 2nd..post the 3 day quit or pay.
