The OP does not have a copy of the lease? Then he should get a copy the same way he gets blank checks when he runs out. The point is this. The tenant is month to month. He must sign whatever lease the landlord presents or move out. If neither the tenant nor the landlord can produce the original, another may be presented. It does not have to be the exact same one. Does it?
