If you live there, then you have to pay for that month's rent. Just because you had a fight and are leaving at the end of the month, it doesn't excuse you from paying. You don't get 1 month free. She can sue you and she would win plus you may also have to pay for her court cost and attorney fees. You are not in the right. She is.
