If this is not acceptable to you do as Jake said. If you want to try it weekly you can but let them know that the first week they are late they will receive a p&q notice. They may want to do it weekly because that is how they get their unemployment checks. Myself, I would give it a shot if they have previously been good tenants and if the rent doesn't show up on time one week I would go the eviction route.
