I had my professional cleaners do clean whole house and vaccum, there we're 4 cleaners that did the work, when I sent all this details to management, they are saying your cleaner did not do good job to consider it as ready to move for any future tenant

SFH landlords are the worst as many don't know the laws for being a landlord!

SFH landlords usually know the law better than the tenants they agree to rent to...... The best scenario is if the amount of renters decrease, and the amount of owners increase. I put one little ad up on craigslist, and get sixty calls, when I used to get maybe 5-7 calls on the same place 8 years ago.
