SFH landlords usually know the law better than the tenants they agree to rent to......
The best scenario is if the amount of renters decrease, and the amount of owners increase. I put one little ad up on craigslist, and get sixty calls, when I used to get maybe 5-7 calls on the same place 8 years ago.
