Take a deep breath, then just handle the request as you would any other tenant. Do what's required of you by law and anything else as you feel needs to be done. Shes just blowing off steam and it will past, if you respond in retaliation or without a smile, this will prolong her anger. Do your thing, let her simmer down and life will soon return to normal.
