Question on illegal parking

A guy visiting our neighbors parked in our driveway, blocking the tenant. when I called the tow truck, they said that the owner/landlord has to be in person to be able to tow the car. I handle this property remotely, so not sure how i can handle this if it happens in the future. how do apartment buildings, malls handle this. i am sure the owners don't come down personally to sign.

Is there someone in that building that called the tow truck?
Contact the tow truck company. explain to them what is happening. Ask them what they need from you to authorize this towing should it happen again in the future.
Basically, build a business relationship with this company. Then you can work on how to authorize this long distance if you need to.

How hard is it for the tenant to walk over to the neighbor house and ask them to move the car. The visitor does not park there every time right?
