I think you would be best served speaking to a real estate lawyer due to the complicated nature of your situation. Many lawyers provide free consults. I am not even sure it falls under landlord/tenant disputes because you all own your own condos and no one is renting from the other. If you do get a lawyer and go to court, see if you can get the other families involved in your suit. Who do you pay your dues to? Who is it given to or who do you write the checks to? Wasn't there a disclosure in your purchase documents?
