If she won't leave on her own, get new locks, have the police remove her as an unwelcome person, change the locks. Optionally, wait until she runs an errand, then just change the locks.

This will normally only work if she has been there less than 30 days. After that you normally need to evict.

I did that she called the police they came and told me that she has set up resency in my house because she has a tv and a bed there. If I did not let her back in they were going to arrest me for illegal eviction.I live in Suffolk County and I thought it took 30 days to do that.

"The boy friend of the cousin beat up my wife"

Did the cousin bring the BF to your house?
Was she there when the BF hit your wife?
So, when she called the Police did you not tell them that she was bring in undesirables and that you fear for your wife's safety? Why didn't you have her charge with accessory or assualt?
Get a restraining order put on both the BF and the Cousin.
Then change the locks AGAIN! If she calls the police, show them the restraining order.
