I read all others comments and appreciate the long term revenue loss potential but if they did it once they will do it again. This time it didnt turn bad so you may think its ok to forgive and forget however lets say the 4 temps trashed the place.. then the tenant would come to you and either fess up or hide it and move, in both cases you find out eventually and have to take the unit off the market while repairs are being made. The revenue loss is still a potential, yet the second scenario is a much bigger pain to remedy and you have to chase the tenants in court for a judgement.
As I said they did it once they will do it again.. Give them the boot and find better tenants.
