im in wi i own a home in al which i am renting.. my tenant is on a month to month lease. she is in the process of moving by the 1st of march.. she has not informed me of her move.. my question is if she doesnt inform me of this move is she still liable for rent until notice is given????

I would not try to squeeze more out of this than is due. If you know your tenant is moving and your tenant has not offered a notice, why have you not called yet and ask? How long have you known?
