I agree with the others that countersuing for time, stress, etc. will be unsuccessful.
There is a filing fee to sue (and if the plaintiff loses, then it isn't recoverable by the plaintiff), so that is one downside to nuisance lawsuits.
Still be sure to show up in court, even if there's no proof, etc.
