No email disclaimer - Landlord Forum thread

I am a lessor out of Texas and have some questions about the LPA's Email disclaimer that involves the emailing of tenants. Does this apply to a fax as well?

I see no reason you can’t include faxing in the disclaimer. Proper legal notices should be by personal service or certified and first class mail. Not by email or fax. Personal service (handed to the person in person and sworn to it by the person doing the serving) is best. Good luck.
