No, I don't have specfic problem just want to leave myself an out. I'm going to do a walk thru (safety & maintenance check) in a few days. I understand that with 30 days notice they can be gone -- and, I may not like the time of year they leave. I just think if there are problems it'll be easier for me to deal with them this way.
My other SFH tenant one MTM from the start(said when she signed the lease probably only be there 3 months)... it's over 2-1/2 years.
So will let the tenants know it'll be month to month.
