He must evict you.
Normally he would need to serve 30 day notice of termination of tenancy. If you are not gone by then, he would have to file for eviction with the court, then there would be a court date set. After the granting of the eviction, you normally get about another 3 days, then the sheriff sets your stuff on the curb.
