Pay the rent. That is all you need to know. Look to be set out on the curb with your furniture without notice. Good luck every renting again with the permanent stamp of an eviction on your credit record. Even the used car lots will not sell you anything after that. Look for your wages to be garnished too. Employers often check an applicant's credit record. How is that going to work for you?

"Look to be set out on the curb with your furniture without notice."
You are just trying to scare the tenant with the above lie. It is totally illegal for anyone to put a tenant out without notice, and any landlord who even tries this opens him/herself up to a lawsuit that the tenant will win.

In my state, Tenant will receive a 48-hour notice from the Sheriff that Tenant will be forcibly removed and set out. At the expiration of the 48 hours, the Sheriff and the LL show up and change the locks, Tenant's possessions are removed to the curb or storage and life goes on for everyone.
