Get this taken care of right now

Your closing on March 17th can and will be cancelled by the bank if you have an eviction suddenly showing up

The bank will do a last minute background/credit check on you..and this will come up.

You need to get this taken care of right now...I mean now.
Whatever you have to do to get the money and pay your Landlord..you need to do it NOW. You cannot wait until court, you cannot wait until next week... You are at risk for being put on the street and losing the house you want to buy

OH.. I just understood..you already bought the place. investment property eh? I hope some tenant does to you what you just did to your landlord.
