Thank you to all for your responses. Their lease ends in August and I don't plan to renew. I am venting because I don't like these tenants anymore especially the boyfriend and I am trying remain professional as much as possible. The next tenants I plan to screen extra carefully. But sometimes even screening more carefully won't result in the ideal tenant.
