Ok, the tenants called and are saying they want to give me payment for the last two months. Can I or shouldbi accept the money and they still have to cone out?

NJ you need to evict w a cause. If they have the Rent money, you have no cause. If you don't accept the payment and proceed with the eviction, the judge at the hearing will force you to accept the payment and they get to stay. Read the LT laws of NJ to educate yourself.
