Obviously, they new about the eviction hearing. How else would they know to call to work something out? They are playing you. Unless they give you every cent they owe you for all months not paid all at once along with the filing fee for court in cold hard cash do not entertain their shenanigans. We both know, they are not gonna give you the money. They still have the same lame excuses that they have been giving you all this time. Allow the eviction to proceed. Sue them in small claims court for back rent. If they have the money now, then they will have the money then.
