You can give them another 30 day notice to vacant by April 30, 2012.

Correct me of I am wrong, MR. DAN AND SARA, but notices in FL must be given prior to the 1st day of the month for MTM tenancy and yearly leases.

Notice must coincide with the lease terms. If the lease term ends on the last day of the month, then a notice of 30 days or more must be given prior to the end of the month. If the lease term ends on the 10th of the month, then then a notice of 30 days or more must be given prior to to the 10th of the month. It's always best to prorate the first month so the lease term coincides with the first of the month.
