Do NOT respond to her in any way. Did you actually file eviction papers on her or only give her the P&Q notice? If you only gave her the notice the 30 day notice may be her way of lulling you into believing she will leave in 30 days and then not go and get more free rent. If you haven't done so already file the actual eviction papers in court so that if she doesn't leave in 30 days you can force her legally to leave. Have all papers served to her by a process server. Do not email or respond to her unless it has to do with something wrong at the rental. Document everything and if you must see her in person always bring someone with you.
