Please don't build in Florida....they have enough empty housing stock.

Besides...if you are the original poster...you made yourself seem like a landlord looking to reduce rent....

that is a far cry from "marketing rep for a national multi-family building association".

I own 3 multifamily dwellings in San Francisco. I have never had a reason to decrease the rent to attract or keep a tenant. My opinion stays as originally stated.
