Then keep the eviction in process. Post a 24 hour notice, take a camera, and get many, detailed pictures of the place. A lowlife is only worth dragging to court to mark them, place a judgement, and menace them with the court process for the rest of their life. The trick with doing this is have more time and stomach to endure the court process than the lowlife has for showing up, answering with their lowlife whining, and their time.

I do intend to do an Inspection with a police officer present, if possible , I was wondering am I legally allowed to take pictures of the inside while she is living there?
