in either case and whatever religion it can be, it's outrageous. A LL has NO RIGHT to impose a religious or political, or whatever rule of life on a Tenant and this can be seen as harassment.

no, no, Jacks, it's not either harrassment nor prejudice, nor abuse on any kind : smoking is restricted everywhere actually, restaurants, shoppping malls, stores, school, cherches, banks..
Nothing "religious" about it.
