As much documentation as possible to enable the collection agency to be effective at collecting your money.
If you have a judgment, you or the collection agency is in a position to force payment from an asset.
The social security number is helpful, since collection agencies have access to searches and credit reports.
Most collection agencies or collection attorneys require a substantial share of the proceeds, so if you have a judgment, I'd recommend going to your sheriff and attaching an asset if you can locate any.
