You cannot discard, sell, or destroy their belongings. If you did, she can sue you in small claims court and you would loose. You can store her belongings in a safe, dry area and give her another notice to come and remove her personal items.
You must give her a reasonable window of time and schedule to remove the things. You can charge her a minimal fee for storage.
