No lease verbal or otherwise prevents you from following Landlord Tenant Law.

Put her on notice that she has X days to pick it up before it gets stored at a cost of Y dollars per day. If she doesnt come you can start charging storage and after 90 + days the court is likely going to consider it abandoned as long as she is local and able to pick it up.

Even if she was to take you to court at that time, the judge will see that she made no effort and find you not liable.
